Who we Are
Adin Bellew - Founder & Owner
Adin served six years in the United States Air Force as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) with the 15th Air Support Operations Squadron at Fort Stewart, Georgia. After becoming certified, he volunteered for three combat deployments in support of Army units from the 3rd Infantry Division.
The name Advance 23 (“Advance two three”) comes directly from his JTAC call sign during those deployments. “Advance” was his assigned call sign, while “23” reflected the 2nd Brigade and 3rd Battalion unit he supported. The name now carries that history forward while also representing the company’s mission to help organizations advance through modern technology.
Adin brings strong hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and platform engineering, with a focus on building secure, reliable, and scalable environments. His expertise spans AWS and Azure, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and GitOps, automation, and Site Reliability Engineering. Throughout his career, he has led cloud modernization initiatives, built and supported production platforms, and helped engineering teams simplify complex infrastructure and operate more effectively.
Anna Steele - Director of Talent
Anna brings more than 25 years of experience across talent, HR, and people-focused operations, with deep expertise in technical recruiting and building strong engineering teams. She has partnered with technology leaders across a range of organizations to understand complex hiring needs, identify great technical talent, and create an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
Anna is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and brings a practical, people-first perspective to ADV23's talent and team-building approach.
